Click for larger versionAfter months of development, testing and constructing, the new showlaser line is finally here: The “Infinity” showlaser systems where designed to outperform under the best of the best showlaser systems available on the planet. Its sophisticated mechanical and technical design makes it the top of high impact laser entertainment systems, and its numerous features offers almost any kind of setup possibility for any laser controller available.
Integrated in all Infinity systems is the patented color adjustment technology from MediaLas with fully wireless setup of all necessary adjustments of the projector, along with convergence control, projection size, input selection and many more. Latest laser technology ensures a long lifetime and noiseless operation with extremely widened color palette. Fast CTi scanners with latest MicroAmp II drivers projects the results into the venue or on any kind of screen surface.
Infinity units are designed for worldwide voltage and frequency, and have full safety features according to IEC/EN 60825. They can be controlled by modern laser controllers directly, as well as having an internal memory for up to 255 lasershows and animations. LAN and DMX capability is standard.
The Infinity is a very compact showlaser system with different output powers from 2W to 4W RGB. Outer dimensions are only 490 x 330 x 200mm. It´s tremendous feature line makes it suitable for all kind of venues, from fixed installations to mobile.

MediaLas announces easy, remote adjustment of color convergence

Top: Misconverged RGB laser Bottom: Correct convergenceAt the March 2007 Frankfurt Prolight + Sound trade show, MediaLas presented the latest technology in RGB (full color) solid state laser projectors: the electronic adjustment of single color´s convergence over long distances. This new technology was filed for a patent a few months ago by MediaLas. It is now available in all Mystiqe Evolution projector models from 2W to 4W output power.
Previously, to adjust an RGB laser projector, the user had to be inside or at the projector's housing to realign colors to one single beam. If the laserist realized just a few minutes before the show or, even worse, during the show, that one of the laser beams was slightly misaligned, there was no way to adjust the laser without climbing up to the projector.
The new MediaLas technology solves this problem. It allows a remote adjustment from any point within 50m distance to the projector. Furthermore, with an external sensor, the projector is even able to realign itself within seconds. The very fine adjustment capabilities of Mystiqe offers an accuracy of less than 1mm at a distance of 20m.
Additionally, the Mystiqe Evolution line contains the new, digital scan-safe board with field control and serial interface port to Mamba lasershow software, and many more features. And finally, MediaLas has extended the warranty period on the lasers inside Mystiqe to 15 months -- without any hour limitations.

LALS: A new large-angle resonant scanning system

An essentially new large-angle high deflecting frequency laser beam scanning system (LALS) has been developed by ILDA Member New Laser Scan Technology. LALS can be applied to laser image, video and TV projection, display technologies, laser copying, scanning and printing systems, optical communications and data storage, laser security, night vision and navigation systems, metrological systems and to other laser systems.
LALS main advantages are: changeable scan angle: 30–180°; resonant frequency: 0.5 – 16.0 kHz; small dimensions and weight; simple and low cost architecture; long lifetime – not less than 100 000 hours.
For a description in Microsoft Word format, click here. To see additional information, visit New Laser Scan Technology's website at

Three new projectors from LaserAnimation SOLLINGER

Accurate BLITZ Stage: This moving head laser projector can generate background patterns and beam effects and is also capable of projecting gobos, logos, animations and texts. It is completely DMX-controlled and can be operated using any professional lighting console. The operation is extremely simple – no prior knowledge of laser show programming is necessary.
The precise smooth movements of the Accurate BLITZ Stage emphasize the majestic impression of laser effects. The system contains motorized optical gratings, through which laser pictures can be projected. Similar to the prism effect, the laser pictures turn into tens or even hundreds of changing attractive patterns. Different gratings and grating combinations are available with adjustable rotation direction and speed for gorgeous laser patterns.
In addition a motorized focus is installed which allows changing laser effects between soft and clear. The projected objects (gobos, texts etc.) can be exchanged within seconds with the simple-to-use GoboWizard software which is included in the system. For more information go to: www.laseranimation.com/links/stage_link.html.

Accurate INOX waterproof: A laser projector developed especially for outdoor and underwater laser projections. The high value stainless steel housing perfectly protects the internal electronic and optical components against rain- and spray water, sand, mist, fog and so on. All connection cables (optical fiber, signal line and power supply) are embedded in a flexible plastic hose. The attractive design, the simple but versatile handling as well as the robustness against weather effects make this laser projector the first choice for applications out of doors, on yachts and cruise ships, in damp environments, but also in the dusty surroundings of a desert. Features:

  • Set CT 6800 X-Y-scanners integrated.
  • High speed and accuracy due to LaserAnimation's "high-speed" driver electronic; guarantees no shrinking of the size of the projected image with increasing scanning speed.
  • Perfect safety by scan-fail safety control.
  • With fiber collimator (output coupler).
  • Handy dimensions (LxWxH): approx. 380x155x160mm.
  • Low weight: approx. 6,9kg.
  • Comes perfectly adjusted, ready to be installed.
